PANIC! Photos
We’re back, and this time it’s just me and Tim. No guests, no bands, just us. This should be a fun night. I have a bunch of new tunes, some old ones, some remixes, and a dance floor to keep shakin’ their bits to the hits. Follow us on twitter @panicdanceparty
This is a short video I shot of my friends Square Frames performing live at PANIC! last week. They did a killer DJ set with remixes ending with this live performance of their new single complete with robotic vocoder. Be sure to listen to and download this awesome re-edit of Bow Wow Wow’s “I Want Candy” they made especially for PANIC!.
Somehow I forgot to post my photos from our PANIC! New Years party. It was an amazing night and I can’t thank our guest DJ’s enough. Kamar and Trancid nailed it and Pogo as always was excellent and a great MC for the countdown. I love this poster, I love this line up, and I think it’s going to be a great NYE party at darkroom this year.
After like three months of putting together our Halloween party at PANIC! here are the videos from the night. All the bands just killed it. I was beyond happy it all worked out and smiling ear to ear the whole time inside my Jawa costume. Of course I remembered to shoot video just before leaving the house and didn’t realize I only had 20 minutes left of battery juice on my camera, but I was at least able to squeeze out one video for each band. That’s right, PANIC! is back and there’s a shiny new Helvetica flyer to prove it. Pogo won’t be with us as he’ll be traveling the world but I’ll be joined by guest DJ’s Misa and Dom Kreep from the amazing band Kreeps. Misa’s going to play her favourite soul, mod, britpop, and whatever else she wants. Dom will surprise the fuck out of us, and he’s now a Chicago resident after leaving Manchester a few months ago. I’m pretty damn excited about PANIC! and I hope anybody reading this can make it out.

This month’s PANIC! should be a blast. Scary Lady Sarah, one of my favourite people and DJ’s is back and people are already talking about the party. If you’re reading this, I hope to see you there.
