Collage Art Monday!
This is how I spent my Sunday afternoon.
It’s been too long since I made a collage and now I can’t wait to make more. I really love cutting out the pictures, flipping through the magazines, gluing it down and putting it all together to make something new.

Friday’s Art Collage
I uploaded this one to Flickr yesterday. Less fashion, more surreal I guess. Mostly just a fun exercise with found photos and my own photos. Mine are the “sky” flowers taken with the Diana F+ in Los Angeles, and Monroe street next to the Art Institute. As you can see, the dog head race car driver is ready for action. I’m not sure if he’s coming or going but at least he’s got a cool car.

Another collage
This collage came together really quickly and I’m pretty happy with it. First the robot and the men on the mountain, then the girl, then they held hands and then the right text and it all just worked.

Collage Art
I started posting my colllage art on Flickr. I’ve been doing these for a few months now and it’s really fun. I’m doing more with Photoshop these days as well as on paper and canvas. This is my latest one inspired by british blogs.
