Five years of Dark Wave Disco. I’m honored to be a part of a nationally known party that’s lasted for so long with such great people involved. I’m already looking forward to posting the six year anniversary party video. Big shout out to long time DWD photographer and family member Tony Martin for being the still image on the video. Tony’s middle finger has been in several DWD videos over the years.

After spending the past couple of weeks working on the Echonine live visuals DVD, I finally finished the Blow the Speakers party video. It’s also viewable in 1080p in all it’s HD Youtube goodness.
Time Out Chicago wrote about our five year anniversary with Dark Wave Disco in this week’s issue. The boys were interviewed and there’s a great photo by our friends at Darkroom Demons. Read the interview here, come out to Blow the Speakers at Subterranean and Dark Wave Disco at Beauty Bar this weekend and celebrate five years with us. I’ll be shooting both parties on video and in photos, which of course will be posted here very soon.

Blow The Speakers
Dark Wave Disco brings back the 17+ dance party at SubT! I’m pretty excited. It’s been 2 years since the last one and this one was one big party complete with glow sticks, court jester costumes, and the crowd going nuts starting early. More events should be like this. Check out my video from Saturday night’s party that Youtube was nice enough to make 1080p for me!
