You know, 40 is kind of a lot of anything to take down in a giant dildo fight. Take the quiz over at The Oatmeal, and leave a comment with your results. Good luck!

My friend’s band Swoon Method has a new EP. I’m working on a new music video for them which should be released before the end of the decade. Until then, I recommend you listen to the new EP here and buy the CD:
Photos from last night’s PANIC! are on the flickr page. Dark Wave Disco was fantastic as expected and everybody had a blast. Can’t wait till next month’s anniversary party.
I found my old Canon SureShot camera in the closet a couple weeks ago and decided to finish off the roll that was in it. To my surprise, I found photos of my dad’s last Thanksgiving at home a couple of years ago and I uploaded some of the rest of the photos to flickr. I’ll definitely be using this camera more often.
I saw my friends A Place to Bury Strangers on Saturday and they killed at Metro. It was nice to catch up and see the tour is going well. Here’s the new music video for “Ego Death” by Spencer Bewly who’s toured with APTBS and The Warlocks rockin’ his killer 16mm visuals.
Great movie right here. Sasha Grey should do more non-porn movies. It’s well shot and done in a linear/non-linear style. Very cool.
One of my favorite artists has always been Robert Longo and I love flipping through his site. Here is one of his recent drawings called “UNTITLED (ULYSSES)”. It’s part of his YINGXIONG (HEROES) series from 2009 and pretty damn amazing. I’d love to see it in person in all its 80×70″ glory. Click on the pic for the full size image.

I’m amazed also this week by Alexa Meade’s 3D surface acrylic paintings. The photographs make them look so real. This makes me ask, what’s the art piece here? The photograph or the object/person? Check out the pics over at abduzeedo.com and be blown away.

I’m really enjoying Plastic Beach, the new Gorillaz album. It’s good to hear Snoop and Damon Albarn working together. Here’s the video for “Stylo” starring the Gorillaz in 3D, a badass car that reminds me of the one in Primal Scream’s Kowalski that I posted a few days ago, and Bruce Willis.
