Courtney Robertson

March 26, 2012

I’ve had this bookmarked to post for a while now but I haven’t gotten around to it till now. I have had a huge crush on Courtney Robertson ever since I first saw her in that purple dress in this commercial. I had no idea who she was, and not even her name. A quick Youtube and Google search later brought up her site and that she was also on The Bachelor. She also reminds me of Playboy model Bethanie Badertscher, who I’m also quite fond of. What do you think?

What’s The Story Morning Glory?

March 23, 2012

I’m playing with my friend Joe’s new Oasis tribute band next Sunday April 1st. Some people reading this might know Joe from The Handsome Devilz Smiths/Morrissey tribute who’s quite popular around Chicago. This should be fun.

Cat’s Eyes

March 5, 2012

Cat’s Eyes is one of my new favorite bands. I love the 60′s dark dance vibe and the quiet, sweet tunes.
Here’s the description from YouTube:
A short 4Play film that first aired on Channel 4 Thurs 2nd June 2011, introducing Cat’s Eyes. Cat’s Eyes are a duo formed by Rachel Zeffira, a renowned opera soprano and classical multi-instrumentalist, and Faris Badwan, the singer from British psychedelic-rockers The Horrors.
